Insurance Plans and Payment Options

We accept almost all insurance plans. We are out of network with some insurance plans and In-network with most PPO insurance plans. We believe in transparency and we do not like surprise copays/costs for our parents. 

As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify insurance benefits and after each visit, we will file the claim with your dental insurance on your behalf. 

Please keep in mind, your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Any portion your insurance does not cover in paying at times will be the patient’s responsibility (depending on the insurance plan). We promise to do our best in estimating copays! 

If your insurance plan changes during the year, please let us know asap!

At Stonebrook Pediatric Dentistry, we offer multiple payment options, we have our own in office membership plan, and we offer 3rd party financing (Cherry and CareCredit).
